Yea my eyes are kinda hurting right now too...lol
But if the car is idling and you give it a blip of the throttle and you hear a scraping metal sound coming from the turbo area then your turbo is toast.
So you said the turbo is stock Was it the original on the car? If so does it have the same mileage as the chassis becuase if it does then it should be rebuilt anyway.

Charge the battery and get the alternator tested at an auto parts place. If you bump start a car that's got a dead battery and an alternator with a bad regulator, it's going to run like crap. The electronics need to be seeing proper voltage to work correctly.
As for the noise from the turbo, pull the air box and check the compressor wheel for excessive free play. It should have little to no movement side to side. The other possibility is that it is completely frozen, which you'll be able to tell easily.

there will be a little movement on the impeller wheel as the bearings in the turbo have to allow some marginal slop for oil passage. the play will be VERY minimal. the shaft play shold not extend to horizontal play (in and out shaft play). RotaryRocket88 is guiding you correctly, but remember when pulling the air box and turbo inlet duct to inspect the turbo, remember to also inspect your inlect duct for cracks and stiffness at the coupler end to the turbocharger.
