Does anyone have any experience with Turbo City turbos? Are they any good, or are the similar to the el cheapo Ebay ones?

I found locally for sale pretty cheap and it's new. I'm going to look at it in a little while and was wondering what I should be looking for in particular, other than single vs twin scroll (the guy didn't know when I talked to him on the phone)?

TurboCity is located in Orange, CA.

The number of people on here from CA, and nobody has any experience with one of these turbos? Is that a bad sign?

 

i had my s4 turbo rebuilt by them. very professional shop. the old guy identified the turbo from 10 feet away. turn around time was about a day. runs great in my car.
