how do i pull of the wiring harness that connects to the headlight switch?

yes. they slide apart.

 

theres not clip or anything?
yeah i notice the slide but when i tried it just wouldn't come off...

 

You see the light blue side of the harness in the picture grap that you should feel and area on one side of it that rises you press down on then pull apart same deal for the other half of the harness only in that case your grabbing the dark blue half and pressing down.
