Turbo bolts falling off?

I have no idea what is going on, over the last week my car as become louder and louder form the front of the car. So today I pull it up on the rams and I was about to go insane. Out of the 3 bolts on the downpipe one was missing and one was loose. On the header out of 4 one was missing and one was loose. Were the turbo meets up with the header, all four bolts were loose. I tighted all of them but one that I can't get access to. It's hidding behind a large oil line. Anyone know how to tighten that one, or do I have to remove the turbo to get at it? Even with all the other nuts replaced and tightened its still loud as ever, can one loose nut make that much difference?

you have to use a 14mm wrench on all of em. no ratchet for these bad boys. the only way i could remove it was by taking off that heat shield right on it.

im taking it off for good. that **** is a bitch. i had a missingbolt on my exh manifold too. and alot of em wre loose. i need to go buy some new nuts

Your gasket between the turbo and manifold is probably blown out. This is probably why the bolt loosened. This is fairly common.

I thought that those manifold nuts had that special fold over washer or something to that effect...no?
