Turbo anti lean options

Ok i need some opptions on keeping my turbo II from leaning out. the motor is being rebuilt tomorrow and getting a full exhaust porting. seeing how i'm out of pocket about $2100 so far stuff like standalone ecus and stuff liek that are out of the question.

what i have so far in my head is some 720cc secondary injectors but with the stock ecu i don't know if it will help. after market boost controlled FPR but was told i could blow up the one that comes ont he car and start a fire. or a apexi safc and have someone install and set it up.

any other options or ideas?

apexi safc is what I use...and it's really pretty easy to install. Get a wideband so you KNOW where your a/f ratio is when you're tuning.

err,.. this is why you upgrade the fuel delivery system first. That exhaust isnt going to do you any good when you cant drive your car cus you cant afford a safc now, or when you blow your motor driving it.

i thought about a rtek and 720s

and i'm getting it ported cuz the motor is open to be rebuilt and there doing it free but at the same time. but in the end if your motor is open and you don't port it then you will have to pay out even more cash in the end to get that extra power

I've heard "decent" things about rteks, but lately I've been hearing issues with them around the 3000-3500 rpm range running REALLY rich.

ya it's from running stock boost and the remap that makes the sec injectors kick in at 3500 insted of 4000. if your running higher and or a port it's not as bad

I have also heard about this problem. I plan on running the rtek 1.7 with the aid of a s-afc II and a wideband if i'm not to broke. I know a few guys back home with this setup and it works well if you have basic tuning skills.
