So I have a s5 turbo vert. It has the stock turbo, 3in exhaust, greddy boost controller and a apexi neo. My question is when the boost controller is shut off it will only boost like 2-3lbs. With it on i have to turn it up to like 35% to hit 4-5lbs. Why will it only boost 2-3 with it off. Shouldnt it be like 8-10 on the wastegate? Thanks

 

Check the turbo wheels spin with no dragging, contact or movement, and check all plumbing for leaks or loose connections.
