Question turbo

Is their any way you can convert from the twin scroll to the what the 89-91 have?
For added horsepower
Cause I heard that the twin scroll isn't as good as what the 89-91 have..
Would you need a different exhaust manifold or something?

yeah you just cut the twin scroll flap off then fill the hole with an Oxy/Act welder.

you dont want the flapper. cut it off. but when its at idle it should be closed then after it gets to 0 manifold pressure then it opens up.
