turbo 2

one of my seals went out on my motor(n/a) (coolant seal) and i want to do a t2 swap can i do it with same tranny and harness and etc. or is it gonna be a headache.




anyone sellin a t2 motor?????

Look in the archives for all the info you need to know on doing a T2 swap.

To quickley answer your question, I believe you can use the same tranny and drivetrain but be aware the T2 drivetrain is built stronger to handel the more powerful engine. It would be adviseable to upgrade the drivetrain at the same time.

If I remember correctly if you stay within serries then you can use the same harness with minimal modification.

Yes it will be a headache!!!
