hey i just got my car (87gxl w/ streetport) with carbs and it starts right up but when you drive it around then you turn it off and try and turn it on a few minutes later it has trouble idling (shuts off) or just doesnt turn on at all. i know the battery is going out on it but it still happens with they try to jump me. iunno any ideas?

 

it's flooded...
