MN trouble starting my 90 gxl :(

i bought this 90 gxl with a blown motor in it. i swapped out the motor and dropped in another S5 n/a motor from a 91 automatic FC. the flywheel and new clutch has been swapped over to this motor. last time i compression tested the motor before i took it out, the front was around 91-94 and the rear was around 95-99. after everything was put back together,(i used brand new mazda gaskets for the lower and upper intake manifolds) double and triple checked all the hoeses, all the wires are hooked up. when it comes to starting it, it will only crank but will not turn over. the motor cranks with compression still. i notice the BAC valve wasn't clicking so i replaced it with another one and it finally clicks. im going to assume that the motor is flooded really bad since i've done the unflooding trick mulitple times.

anyone have any suggestions?
