Trouble passing emissions?

I was at FC3S Pro's website looking at their turbo modifications page and noticed that at stage III, they say the car will no longer pass emissions. Is everybody who has 13 sec or better turbo II not passing emissions?

not neccesarily, it's just that at that stage most of us are running without emissions on the car. It's possible to have a very quick t2 and still pass emissions, I just have to hook back up the airpump and the precat/main cat.

As long as the car has all of the emissions equipment, is tuned properly, and doesnt have too large of a port job, it should have no problems passing emissions. My turbo2 is going to have a hybrid turbo, FMIC, streetport, etc.. and should be in the high 12s territory, yet I will still be retaining all of my emissions equipment.
One of the reasons that the "stage 3" on that website says that you will not be able to pass emissions, is because of the removal of the cat , in favor of a midpipe. I will be running a high-flow cat.

Cool, thank you for the info. I would hate to spend a bunch of money and not be street legal.

haha
well its not that easy. It takes a lot of work and skill to be able to get a modfied street beast to pass emissions. Keep in mind how much money all the manufaturers spent making there cars street legal.

Hey Rvo,
I see you are in Denver too. What kind of numbers are you running and I think I know what most of your mods are, but what is the Stallilons?
