you searched the internet high and low?

did you check the for sale section of the forums or your local craigslist or other local listings?

how about junkyards? search there?

you have to excuse me but i dont knoe the proper name for the parts so here goes... i need the shafts that run into the lower intake manifold that connect to the sleeves and to the acuator itself. i also need the brass journal bearing-like inserts that are pressed into the LIM that these shafts run through. PM me with a price

I clicked on this thinking it said "**** my wife". I was all set to oblige.

In any case, its not that tough to get someone to sell you their entire LIM for an S5. PM me, I can put you in contact of someone that is.

You can also order them new through the dealer. They should be pretty reasonable.

First off, stop the cursing. Not really aloud to unless you like getting banned.

Second, when you make a thread title make it something that has to do with your problem, not "im pissed off" or anything stupid like that. Mabey a title like"whats this part called, where could i get it?" would have been much better. So when people use the search function it maybe help them with their problems.

Third, there is a for sale section for parts and ect. Place your WTB ad there.

Buy the entire LIM used from here or a JY. Make sure they shafts move freely on the "new" part off the car. Take the old LIM off, remove the sleeves and clean them too while you are at it... reassemble and enjoy!

For the S5, the actuator rods are P/N N350-13-880A and N351-13-880A (right and left). The sleeve (bushing) is p/n N225-13-184

I recommend getting a used manifold assembly from someone on the forums.

then they are idiots...

they have an EPC, so if you have your VIN then they can look it up in the EPC and order them new, nothing hard about that
