Question transmission mount?? Incorrect installation of clutch??

I'm so frustrated right now I don't know what to do. My problem is my inability to drop the clutch - at all. If I try I get the most violent wheelhop I have ever experienced. Let me give a little background info first:

a couple months ago with the stock clutch I could drop from 5k and sit there and just roast the tires. My standard launch was a 4k slight slip then straight drop. It wasn't the best but I could at least net consistent launches. Well about 6 weeks ago I got the entire transmission rebuilt. Along with the rebuild I had them put in an aftermarket clutch since the stock one was barely holding up with the full exhuast. Fast forward to 4 weeks ago when I get the car. I try to drop the clutch and it just bounces everywhere. I broke in the clutch correctly. I am on falken azeni's now, but I was on azeni's before the car got the rebuild and it would smoke those pretty well too.

I went to the track tonight. The only way to try and launch the car was a really crazy slip. Well I burnt the **** out of the clutch off the launch but then all of a sudden it grabs HARD, I leave the *** end hanging out for half a second. Into third and it does the same thing almost. Then on my next run I do the exact same thing and eitther the clutch was so burnt that it wouldn't hold WOT, or it would just wheelhop into gear. Help, please

Being we have about 15" of snow on the ground with maybe another 8/10" coming, just spent some time collecting advise from numerous threads:

Worn shocks and springs.
Try getting an alignment. Works wonders for wheel hop
It's your shocks (most likely).
If you get wheel hop, your suspension is too stiff in the rear ( all things being relative )
As for the wheel hop, change that suspension.
Wheel hop(new rear struts and an alignment)

Well I just got an alignment because I read a bunch of the old threads. I guess the next thing to look at is struts/shocks. I just think it's strange how I went from getting no wheelhop to all wheelhop so quickly. Maybe the stronger clutch has something to do with it  we'll see.

Anyone have some KYB AGX's for sale
