FL Transmission Crossmember Help.

Do the transmission crossmembers differ from Turbo to N/A and S4 to S5?

I have completed most of the body work and was going to be installing the

4 different crossmembers, 1 for each application
86-88 N/A
86-88 Turbo
89-91 N/A
89-91 Turbo
The Auto is the same for 86-91

As stated above, the crossmember must match the transmission.

http://www.mazdatrix.com/g3.htm You can buy the crossmember there for a lot cheaper than the dealer (at least in my neck of the woods.)

You guys are forgetting one more thing. The crossmember not only has to match the transmission, but also the body between NA S4's and S5's.

S5 NA crossmembers have both mounting points parallel to the ground. The S4 has one mounting point parallel and one at an angle, so an S5 crossmember won't bolt up to the body.

having a blown out center bushing in a crossmember will cause the car to shake especially from low rpm take offs correct?
