Hard to shift, clunks when putting in reverse. Car only has 51,000 miles on it, so do sychronizers go out that quick? Put new transmission fluid in it. Any ideas or ways to check clutch/transmission/synchros? Its a 87 Turbo II

 

check and see the clutch pedal needs to be adjusted. Then check the slave cylinder for any leak. Hope this help.
