trans/clutch prob -- Squeaks
Please Help!
This is so annoying. When I put in gear and start to go, there is a little squeaking noise. It also does it w/ the clutch being engaged and the car just rolling(1-2mph), but it doesn't make noise if it is not in gear.
Please tell me if you know what this is. The clutch was replaced by the mazda dealer like 25,000mi ago.
Could this be the trans fluid?

Pull your driveshaft out and check the universal joints... could be cause by a dry socket and the torque from the engine, will transfer through the tranny to the bell housing and be mangified by the bell housing. Might not make any noise when the clutch is in because there is no torque on the drive shaft. When you have the driveshaft out... check your tranny fluid level as well.
