tranny swap

have any of you guys ever done an auto to stick swap? how hard is it and is it even worth it

both cars are 88 na's

the auto is a gx or (SE for you Americans)

the 5-speed, i have no idea (it has a sun roof, power mirrors, no power steering, no gay lil back seats and 4 different fc rims haha) anyone care to take a guess what model it is?


....for those smartasses that are gonan tell me why didnt i just use the 5-speed and build off that...well I DIDNT WANT TOO.

Wow... I didn't know that.... does that apply to the series 5 cars as well? 'cause I got a GX...

Ok well here it goes. You should be able to do it in two nights(we did). Its well worth the swap. I beleive hpntyz has a write up on his site. There is some wiring and other things that you are going to need to do but it is actually pretty simple. If you have any ? when you get into it you can pm me if you want. I suggest you check out hptyz site and read up a bit. I think he is working on it right now but check back later and hopefully he will have it up. He has some excellent write ups.
