throwout bearing thats what my problem was too
until the clutch went

as far as i can tell you, the fix is to replace the throwout bearing
while your in there replace the pilot, clutch plate, pressure plate, etc

This has been covered reciently. It might be signs of your bearings going out. Search the threads for "tranny noise" or "Transmission noise." You can also find great info for troubleshooting exactly what this info is by looking at the FSM. You can download a copy of the FSM for your particular year at www.iluvmyrx7.com

Don't forget to read the FAQ and search, lest you get flamed by old-timers.

sleejay, the way I understood it is, if it makes noise with the clutch pedal pressed, it's the throughout bearing, if the clutch is engaged, it's one of the transmission bearings.

Shop says line from slave cyl to clutch fork is not letting it release? if that is not fix then tranny input shaft bearing, lets hope the deterotating line or slave cyl is the problem, I am not ready to change the tranny or the inputshaft bearing.

All fixed, replaced slave cyl line and added a new poly mount, filled with amzoil and no more noise.
