Unhappy Tranny Loose?

I can't seem to get what the problem is, I start to let off the clutch slowly and it seems as if the shift **** shakes a little and so does the tranny, just a little nothing too intense, but still it worries me. If i hold the clutch in a little longer tho, there is no problem. could it be the tranny mounts, or the clutch?
* ONLY happens in 1st gear when i start moving

I'm having a similair problem. I replaced my shifter bushings. As far as the shift **** feel it's tight with minimal slop (unlike every S4 I have seen, the shift ***** are almost always full of slop!). But when driving the ****/lever kinda shakes or bounces a bit.

I'm guessing I have worn out tranny mounts, as a similair thing happens to engine when their mounts wear out. Can anyone veryify this?

It could be a number of things. Most likely the shifter bushings are worn. The transmission mounts are probably sagging. In addition, it may be slight clutch chatter.
