i was driving last night, got on it in first no problems, went to get into 2nd and it was hard as **** but it went in, then i started feeling vibrations in the clutch pedal so i let off. now every time i engage the clutch i feel that fibration and hear it. this morning i looked and there was a pretty good size of gear oil on the ground. any one have any ideas??

strike up the paean
IMO
you feel a vibrating sensation and a grinding noise when you step on the clutch pedal.
you have a bad throw out bearing, which is unrelated to possibly worn out 2nd gear synchro, and/or very low transmission fluid from a tranny leak.
