tranny fluid
can someone please tell me how the hack do u refill the tranny? i have a manual trans and i know where the fill hole is, but how do u get the fluid in there not enough room underneath!! will 80w- 140 work fine?

there's only one way to do it... BEER BONG TIME!!!! Seriously, go to home depot and get a plastic flexible tube, funnel, fill the tranny with fliud, have a few beers, and the day is over!

When I changed my fluids I used a cheap pump (~3 dollars) from autozone. It worked, although I'm sure there is a better solution. I also had the car on stands at all 4 corners, so there was plenty of room underneath.

Having the jack up to the same height at both ends makes a big difference. If you only jack up the front, the fluid starts to come out when nearly full.
Aaron's method is quiet smart, but to improve it I would make one bottle the pumping bottle and silicon (or something) the metal part you would use for basketballs,etc. airpump to the bottle. I would do the same for the fluid output hose. I found that a fair bit of air leaked out which made the process more difficult and I also got pretty messy. I know Aaron didn't have this problem, but then again I'm not Aaron.
The transmission seems happier with the 75W90 full synthetic.
