It doesn't matter what kind of fluid you use or how many times you flush it, its your input shaft bearing, its toast, I have the same problem right now, I took it down to rotary performance and they said it was my input shaft bearing, already picked up a new tranny waiting to go. To replace the bearing apparently you have to rip apart the tranny and I really have no clue on how to do that, all I know is how to take'em off and put'em back in. Not to mention if you're going to be ripping appart your tranny you might aswell replace all the synchros, forks, and bearings which WILL cost more than just buying a new tranny. I got mine with 150klm on it for $350(CA)
