tps voltages ?

tps voltages ?

can any one tell me what the voltage on a s4 turbo tps perferably what voltage to be around and what voltages at which it should be replaced

good- voltage ?
bad-voltage?
tps going bad-voltage?

the only reasons i ask is bevause i cant give my car anything more than 25% throttle if that at highway speeds and driving around no more than about 35% gas

and now my car idles rich when warm when it used to idle lean when cold-warm and also is there a way to test the afm

Check out the fsm, theres a link in the faqs. You want to test for resistance, not voltage, btw. Off the top of my head its around .8-1k ohms at idle and less than 6k at WOT for the tps. Check it in the fsm to be sure, though.

If you're adjusting it via the voltage method, aim for .95 volts. Some say the resistance method is better, but I find it always works better using voltage. Every engine is a bit different.

how do you adjust it mines just a black plunger i see no adjustments

so in the pics what did they do with the coolant line that goes into the throttle body topside

also i unplugged my tps and it runs some what better
