Question tps

i cant seem to find any threads on the tps settings. can anyone point me in the right direction?

ya same here......i unplugged my TPS and it ran better for about 45 min then stopped accepting the throttle so i had to plug it bk in.....and now it runs like sht again...it pulses wen im sitting still and bogs down at about 3800rpms......is there a way to adjust the TPS instead of spending $150 on a new one???

Are your Aux Ports(5th and 6th ports) working? Your secondaries should open at 3800rpm, that could be your hesitation.

thought so but how do i check if they are working or not? And if not how wud i get new ones

there is no way to get new actuators... unless you find one that has its actuators in workng order...


to check them youre gonna have to look at the LIM and you'll see two actuators... rev the motor up high and youll see the arms move. if they dont then they're done

As your looking at your motor, the actuators for the 5th and 6th port are above your manifold/header. REv it above 3800 rpms the arms should move. Run a search on 5th and 6th ports theres plenty of info on this hesitation.
