Is this the TPS?

I've been having some trouble finding the screw that adjusts the TPS and I've read many posts and viewed many websites related to the rx7, but still cannot find it. I have found a small adjusting screw that I thought may be it, if so is this it?

Note: I know where it is on a TII, but it isnt there on an NA.

OK, I've adjusted it, and the idle is still bouncing. What do I do now?

if your idle is improperly set it will still bounce regardless of if the TPS is adjusted properly and working ok.

the TPS is the sensor
not the throttle body.

Did you check the sweep of it? As in, 1k to 5k ohms.

Mine's a nice 1k ohms at rest, then drops to 0 anywhere other than that...

Follow the procedures in the Factory Service Manual (downloadable copy in FAQ) or one of the thousands of threads already posted (search "tps adjustment"). You can even search Google for "rx-7 TPS adjustment" and come up with the info in the first few hits.
