Question Torque specs for turbo's?

I dident torque the bolts on the turbo to exact torque specs and i was wondering where i can get the torque specs for the:
Water lines
Oil lines
The turbo to mani bolts,
I checked the manual at Fc3s.org and it only has torque specs for the main converter ( Down pipe in my case ) And the mani to engine bolts. None of the other bolts are listed under the how to remove turbo section.
Also what is the tool called to torque the bolts down to a specifc amount? Do they come in diffrent sizes? Thanks guys

the tool is called a torque wrench--a good one costs around $100 for one that goes up to about 120 Nm...one for your purpose can be bought for around $40 at autozone!! I got one from sears for abotu $80 (3/8" drive max torque 80 Nm min torque 5 Nm)
I found the specs on FC3s.org under the engine section on page 71.
the torque specs are:
Turbo to manifold--44-54 Nm (32-40 ft-lb)
Water pipe--24-35 Nm (18-26 ft-lb)
as for the oil it doesn't say...just make sure they are snug not super tight as you cold strip out the thread!!
