Top dash mounts

Hey guys!

2 of the top plastic mount tabs for my dash are broken off. Is there any good way to fix this that does not involve getting a new dash. My dash is in good condition other that these broken pieces.
Any help or info is greatly appreciated!
Thanks!

If you want to "fix" in this condition, not removing the dash, I'd get a couple large fender washers with the I.D. needed.
I'd also make something the same thickness as the dash pad and place on the metal side to equalize the downward pressure. Also, with a large O.D. diameter washer, I'd grind the outside of the washer to correspond with the area it will be covering, e.g. around the ridge on the dash pad, and around the ridge on the metal base.
