I also highly suggest elliot @ turblown. Purchased my manifold/downpipe from him. Great communication and service! He always kept my updated and sent lots of pictures.

Here is one of the pictures he sent me during fitment.

Its been on my car for over a year and is holding up great!

If you want to go the cheap route, you may be able to get a used HKS divided cast manifold for an FD (their cast manifolds are generally very reliable) and use a header flange as a spacer.

thanks for the replys guys, This is for a JDM car so im hoping clearances wont be an issue. The Turblown manifolds are really nice and look like excellent workmanship but a bit more than i want to spend on a manifold. the cast hks item might be a good idea tho

to my knowledge, the only HKS cast manifold for the FC is the undivided log manifold which I currently run. Your T04Z should have a divided turbine housing, and thus you would be better off with a divided manifold. I haven't seen a low priced divided manifold for the FC (maybe there's one I don't know about?), so you may have to use one for the FD. An FD turbo manifold will not work on an FC without a spacer (and I don't think JDM cars are different) because the turbo will hit the LIM. If you look at the FD LIM, the runners sit closer to the motor, and thus so do the stock turbos and aftermarket turbos on most manifolds.

I think this is what people use.
