tires for rx7 vert wheels

what tire size do you run on your stock convertable wheels? wondering if 215s would fit?

In 205 60 15. I wouldn't start experimenting with tire size. Worry about your suspension and such first IMO.

unless you run some spacers on stock suspension the largest tire width you can fit on the BBS vert wheels is a 205 series. Anythiing larger will inevitably contact the shocks up front, plus tires larger than a 205 will have a large sidewall bulge and will probably cause negative handling characteristics and possibly uneven tire ware.

When I first got my vert, I had 2 different size tires. 205/50/15 and 205/55/15

Going any wider it would bulge out on the sides for sure. I would recommend 205/55/15 and drop it a little...In this pic it's the 55s up front and 50's in rear. Dont ask me why they're like that.

Hard to see but it's the best I have..

In its stock days, I ran 225 x 50 tires on the RXX-7 with no problems. YMMV, though, since different tires have different profiles.
