Thats how it should look if you are installing it with a factory ECU with the yellow timing mark on the pully lined up on the pin.
I think you are two teeth off on the install.... ~15 degrees/ tooth (360 degrees/ 24 teeth)
Then, put the cap on and follow Scath's direction to fine tune the timing

I wish I was driving!
Remove the cover from the CAS when you install it. Its easy for the CAS to jump a tooth if you can't see what's happening below the cover.
line up the dot with the line with the cover off. You will notice two of the teeth on the gears lining up with a pair of pickups, on opposite sides of one another. When you are done stabbing in the CAS, you want these teeth to be in that exact same position, still aligned with the pickups.
After that, start the engine, throw on a timing light onto a leading plug, (either one), and turn the CAS by hand until the yellow mark lines up with the pointer.

ok well here is what i got now... cas is all lined up and on the correct tooth... but here is my problem>> with the timing mark on yellow the cas is all the way retarded and can only be advanced from there..... if i was to move a tooth either way it throws me way off the scale... is there a way to fine ajust this so i can have room on both sides ... I do understand that there is really no reason to retard it beyond factory, only advance for better topend correct.... so i just get more space on the window... it just seem weird.. i look at the old spot where the cas use to be bolted down and its off 3/4mm . course it is a ported 6-port so it would prolly change now.... can some one chime in if, I'm wrong about somthin or there experience.....
