How much have you put into your money pit AKA RX7?

I felt like making a new thread of "how much have you put in" so here it goes:
87 Sport- 2100
88 GTU- 1000
Sunroof/Bumper/Wing/Illumina/Tanabe- 500
DiffMount/Exhaust Manifold/Misc-100
Install of The Stuff- 500
Misc Parts- 400
Fixing Current Prob- 200
~4800

-400 For Selling Off parts

~4400

Then Insurance is 1800 A year (Being 16 Sucks, And I pay for everything)

And i'm still NA I feel bad, anyone else spend this much and still is NA? Mod list is in sig.

I guess its cheap, but I earn 6.75 an hour and all my money either goes to: Option 1- Fix FC, Option 2- Save For Insurance, Option 3- Mod FC, Never go out, every penny counts in this world.

http://www.imagestation.com/album/?id=4285887897

And heres the 87 Sport I bought for 2.1K and it had a broken diff mount, was supposedly a GXL, bad exhaust manifold. But I got 4 TII Rims, 4 Silver GXL rims, 4 Black GXL Rims, RB Cat-Back Exhaust, Sparco Steering wheel and A lil sound system. I was young and stupid back in the day

Damn you get cars cheap although i think you earn less money or something?? cause 6.75 is probably below or around minimum wage here (otherwise known as 15 y.o working at mcdonalds)...

I'm about to import a car from japan (all up it's costing me around $8500 to get it here and on-road) car costs about $3,300 for a Series 5 '89 GT-X turbo, then the rest goes to shipping, tax, more tax, duties, and then rego/insurance/etc...

Only very very **** cars in Aust go for about 2,900. You'd probably only get a 1st gen for 2,900$ AU...

weird how it all works :P

$800 including the cost of the car.

Thats just fixing things though.

Mods will eventually suck multiple thousands of dollars out of me. (about $9000 based on my list)

1st car was a base 87n/a i built up over the years and in the last 3 weeks of owning it i pumped another 8G into it doing a swap and tons of other turbo crapola. Then 5 hours after the car got outta the bodyshop with a full repaint it got stolen and stripped and burned the frame.

4th car i bought with lots of money put into it and ive parked it for 8-9 months now and just been puttin mroe money into it.. should be back on the road in a few days.. im getting quite ancy

Okay lets see here:
'90 GXL-$1900
Tag/Registration-$350
Insurance (annually)-$144
Clutch-$535
E-Fan- $FREEBY$
Header-Er, I think about $200
Spark Plugs & Racing wires- $FREEBY$
HKS Hi-Power Mufflers-$90 (eBay )

That bring me to a grand total of about $3,200. I plan on lots of mods in the future so I'll be sure to update the money pit's consumption.
