time to repaint what do yu think???

well i wanta panit my fc rite now i dont have the money for a clean spay job but i was thinking about working the body my self so ill be sanding and filling and pulling ,,,,all the good stuff....since ill be doing all this on my own im thinking i cant leave it naked is ill do the primer.....but i cant think if i want it all white(like it is ) nice flat black,,, or maybe ........urban diggy camo(sharp edges) or good old forest camo(rounded more)......what do yu guys and gurls think ....im tried of seen WHITE FCS ..dont get me wrong its clean but im not in a cartoon .....

First rule of used cars: An ounce of shine is worth a pound of performance.
Next rule: A color change done well is way more work than you expected. Otherwise you devalue the car.
Next rule: It's your car, so you can do whatever you want.

My suggestion: Keep it white, but maybe go with a pearl fininsh.

a white with a hint of pearl is very nice looking!! Not crazy pearl, but just subtle enough so you can notice it from <10 feet away

well for the FINAL color is going to be white, but i cant afford a clean white spray rite now and for the hint of pearl sounds good my roll cage is pearl ...as for mods i understand what yu mean but i wanta do something i wouldnt do as a final coat and body work is easy yu just have to get off ur *** and do it

Yup...

But doing it right and perfect is very difficult and time consuming.


Paint it flat black if you can't afford to properly splash the car. That way you can tell people its just primer as opposed to trying to pass off a half *** camo job as being good.

i called macco and they wanted almost 900 before tax for what i want ..and that just body work white panit and the door jam area panited as well

yeah, and the overspay is FREE.....there is a one day paint that does a fairly good job cheap. STICK WITH WHITE.
