TII wont start

Today I was driving my TII, not under boost and it had stalled. I tried to turn the key and nothing happened, almost as if the battery wasnt in the car at all. When I tried again to start it, it cranked up no problem.

Later I went to go over a friends house and it drove like a champ. So later on (about 4 hours later) I went to leave, I turned the key and the car had not response at all. The fuel pump did not primer, none of the dash gauges had responded, none of the warning lights lit, starter does not crank. The sun roof wont even work. The headlight will turn up and illuminate. I KNOW the battery has a charge, and the alternator is new.

I called a buddy of mine and he told me to check the main fuse (located in the little box in front of the strut tower).

Please is there anyone out there who knows whats going on and how to fix this. Thank you in advance

Hi I have a update on status of the problem. The fuses were good under the hood!

I went and got myself a multimeter. I went and tested the terminals on the starter. I took if off and took some pictures...

Picture 1--
Power at terminal "B" (12.53v)when the ignition is switched off or on ACC, but no power when switched to "on" or "start". The "ACC" terminal would randomly read at a maximum of .3v and drop to 0.0 and stay. All of the other terminals read 0.0 full time.

Picture 2--

I found these wires taped and spliced, its a 4-pin connector. Is it vital? If you look in the lower right hand corner you will see where they connect to.

Picture 3--

These fell easy as I disconneted the Ignition

Also, does anyone know where the ignition relay is located? Will I benfiet form just swappin from another RX7?
