TII throttle cable route

I'll admit this is a dumb question, but where do I route the TII throttle cable? I hooked it up to the TB and the pedal, but where does the rest of cable mount to? Pics would be appriciated, but any help would be nice.

Ill try and find a pic , but it mounts to the oil filler tube, loops out in front by the alternator, and then around and to the back of the TB.

*Edit*-
Here is a pic of my shitty old 88 Turbo2. Not really the greatest pictue, but should help you out some

Just a big loop around the front.

You can see a support clip just above the BAC.

I have mine Zip Tied to the strut bar..

It doesn't matter too much where its mounted.. I 'lost' all the stock crap in the rebuild.. Just make shure that it isn't kinked and that it doesn;t flop around too much!

Thanks everyone! Hopefully tomorrow I'll be able to report the turbo swap/rebuild finally fired up.

Isn't there supposed to be a mount on the alternator housing?

Bump...

The rubber grommet-type thing near the end of the throttle cable, it goes on a bracket that keeps the cable stationary, right? What does the bracket attach to? There's not a bracket on my UIM.

I noticed a few FC owners who have upgraded to a FMIC losing the metal bracket that retains the peek sweep of the cable that lies In front of the Alternator. Usually they will zip tie It to their Strut Bar or simply just leave It there unbolted. You can still keep It...you will have to just widen the hole on the bottom of the bracket and have the bolt that passes through the ear of the Alternator be used as It's new spot.
