TII with poor idle

TII with poor idle
Just got my S5 block with S4 parts installed in an S4 this weekend. The darn thing has a very poor idle. Just shakes at about 500 RPM @ idle. Also slow to rev up. I'm guessing a spark or timing problem. If anybody has any ideas please shot them my way. I was looking over the wiring diagram. And my question is, are the coils grounded to the frame?
