TII electronics confusion.. help!!

i have an 88 ae, question is:

if you get say,
1. RP Fuel Cut Defenser
2. A’PEXi Super AFC (ecu?)
3. A’PEXi Super AVC-R (boost?)
4. A’PEXi Auto Timer

what else would you need to make this fucntion well?

what would the gains be?

do all these things work w/ the ecu, or do they make up what a good ecu is?

im as green as they get so please dont abreviate!

The FCD prevents the ECU from cutting fuel to the rear rotor when you exceed a preset boost level. It tricks the ecu.

The SAFC modifies the AFM signal before it gets to the ECU to add or subtract fuel. Most usful when you have fuel mods. Such as fuel pump or bigger injector. This tricks the ECU. However, you cannot just start subtracting fuel while under full power. You should do this with a wideband on or off a dyno.

The SAVCR is a boost controler. It controls the boost via an electronic bleed valve. It does nothing to the ECU. However, it can moniter several signals from it.

Turbo timer is a waste of money on these cars. Are turbos are cooled by oil and WATER. This is the reason that the turbo timer is unneeded. If it was an oil cooled turbo only that would be a good thing to buy.

one thing i would look into is a good ignition, maybe even something that can retard a little more with boost, but with your host of elc., you might look into stand alones
