is a Tii a decent highway car?

im just wondering if a Tii will be a decent road trip car. if anyone has any experence with them and takein them on long trips it would be nice to hear some stories.as of right now i dont think i have to worry about gas mileage. here are my mods.

Microtech LT-8
corksport 3' exhaust
3' downpipe/presilencer
780cc secondarys
walbro 255 fuel pump
fresh rebuilt motor
no emmissions
stock IC, stock Turbo
street ported internals

thats about it,
thanks,
Daniel

how many miles on the rebuild? The first few miles might be rough b/c low compression. If it's broken in there shouldn't be a problem.

it all depends on how loud is your exhaust and how hard is your suspension

when u are traveling alone or in 2 ppl, its good car for trips .... never had problems to drive 10+ hours in one day in TII....

Woo!

I drove from Vancouver, WA to Dallas, TX and back in less than a week in my 10 AE, other than a broken thermostat and a bit of overheating it was fine, I say go for it.

If the road is good, go for it! I have used my old T2 for long road trips and when the road is clear (And smooth) you can gooble up large amnounts of pavement in short amounts of time!
Curvey roads are also a blast to "Boost" through! Sounds like a cool road trip to me!
