DO YOU HAVE PENITRATING OIL?
HOW ABOUT A LITTLE HAMMER?
put some oil on then tap very lightly with hammer, the head of the bolt and the line fitting, gently not hard. just tap and then spray some more oil. wait a few then tap some more. let soak and tap some more. then it should come off.
works for me everytime on all hard to remove nuts and bolts. and yes i just did this same thing to my oil cooler.
good luck

Use an impact wrench after spraying the banjo bolt with penetrating oil. An impact wrench is the only way to go. If you try to wrench it off by hand, there's a good chance that you'll crack the aluminum oil cooler housing. Also, it is very important that you do not overtighnten the banjo bolt when reassembling.

Use an impact and you'll save your knuckles .
If you don't have a air compressor, they sell electric impact food for about 240lbs.

Corksport.com has stainless braided line set for like $130 usd. I've ordered mine, but they haven't arrived yet.

Electric impacts are cheap and so are the air impacts. Usually about $60 for cheaper ones but it does the job for most automotive purposes.

There's a set of copper crush washers that need to be replaced when replacing the oil cooler lines. Should come with the set, mine did when I bought new SS lines from Mazdatrix. Total of seven washers.
