TII bucking at mid revs - possibilities?

Ok, my recently purchased 88 turbo II just started bucking around from about 2500 up tonight. Was having a very easy drive home from work, noticed the odd mild shudder and didn't think much of it, then when more throttle was used it'd become a somewhat violent bucking, worsening with more throttle. From what I can gather it sounds like the tps and fuel pump are the most likely things, but I'm hoping you lot can list a few other things for me to check... very new to all this.

A friend of mine (erevos in this forum) had the exact same problem. I suggested to check for leaks and TPS. He didnt actually check the TPS but replaced it all together, and found a couple of leaks, which he fixed as well. Problem solved

Of course, before going as far as replacing the TPS, try to find any intake leaks (a serious one will probably cause some bucking), and adjust your TPS with a nice multimeter. I think you should find your problems solved as well

These sort of problems are really hard to diagnose because so many things could cause it. For me it was one bad ignition lead to a leading plug that caused bad hesitation under load. Basically you'll have to check everything and replace all the usual things like plugs, leads, fuel filter, etc.

Make sure there is a orifice in the boost sensor line. Did you have boost when this happened? Or just normal acceleration?
