the TID

okay noob question what excatly is the TID n where does it go ive read about it alot but i just plain out do not understand i read tht a replacement for it is the charger pipe with the bov or something idk im confused n i need someone to pound some knowledge into me

Turbo inlet duct. Most people make them from aluminum tubing to replace the stock one. It goes from the turbo inlet to the MAF. Just like the intake tube going from the throttle body to the MAF on an N/a.
