Thunderfabrications 3" DP/MP...
http://www.thunderfabrications.com/M...components.htm
Does anyone on here have one of these? How do you like it? I was thinking of getting one and then buying an Apex or Corksport muffler, and getting a muffler shop to make a 3" from the midpipe to the muffler. That way I would have 3" all the way. The only other full 3" I have seen is Racing Beat, and I don't really dig on the dual tips (don't start, just a personal preference).
Anyway, does this sound like a good idea?
Thanks a lot.

I have it. 220 with EGT bung welded in already shipped ot my door. Didn't take long at all. You can keep the stock catback on and keep the stock look, but it's a WHOOLE different car with it on

i have one. to be honest, its ******* loud as **** with a full 3" system. Raised boost so much that on a Series 5 turbo im overboosting 1.3 bar in 4th gear. port your wastegate before you put one of these bad *** pipes on.

Nothing to see here.
Installed the Thunderfab two days ago. AMAZING difference. I have a heavily ported wastegate on my S5 and it boosts and holds at 11#. Sounds B-B-B-BAD at WOT with the pipe bolted up to the stock catback Just need to get on a dyno now and tune that SAFC.

DAMN! I was going to invest in a new downpipe and midpipe. I'm glad this thread came up, cause I just made up my mind! That is one badass piece of pipe, if I don't say so myself!
