Is corksport still on backorder?

I was going to order my exhaust from them, but remembered a while back they were on backorder and it took forever for people to get the exhaust in or anythign for that matter. Anyway, i'm in need of a catback bad, and before i ordered, i wanted to know if anybody knew if they were still slow or if they are back on top again and ship quickly?

thanks

yep calling the company you want to give money too and find out when they can get you what you want, is always a good thing

I would be cautious, I ordered some parts from them over 2 weeks ago, and when I called them to find out what's up..they said they should be getting them in some time in the week. Which means they don't even have the product yet, and would have just let me wait with out any notice.

corksport is a small business with a lot of cool products but I think the reason they can and do offer those original products is that they are more or less made on a per order basis. the only thing i can see them keeping in stock that will always move are the exhausts but you have to assume that supplies like the muffler etc...may not always be available to them. I've ordered a bunch of stuff from them and although it came after about an avg. 3 weeks it came, was packaged well and made well (RE Amemiya Type IV replica for example).

You would think that some of these shops would take into consideration this "delivery factor". Maybe post this on their sites. Like most people here, I love to drive my RX-7(especially after getting work done)...they are holding me up. A warning would have gave me the option of going elsewhere.
