Throwout Arm rattle problem

So my car has the tendency to have a bad rattle when the clutch is engaged. I changed the throwout bearing a few months ago and the problem never stopped. Basically after the car is warmer whenever my foot is off the clutch is rattles and then I put it down and it stops.

What I am thinking is the arm itself is rattling and when pressure is put on it it stops. Any one have this problem or any suggestions?

I have the same problem, but it only happens when I abruptly apply the clutch peddle in low gear. Let's say I am doing 3k rpm in 2nd gear, in traffic, and someone suddenly stops. During such a situation, naturally, I'll push the clutch down immediately and hit my brakes. When i push the cvlutch down like this it almost sounds like the clutch vibrating on its splines.

This started happening after I first got the car, when I was rusty with driving a standard since I hadn't done so in a long time. I was driving through the neighborhood and instead of upshifting to 4th, I accidently downshifted to second. I let off the clutch rather abruptly and it sounded like something broke. Ever since, my clutch has done the odd rattle thing.

Also, here's another kicker.

After driving for a while, highway or street, my clutch will get more grabby and chattery than before. It isn't glazing because it can happen even if I don't hardly use the clutch. It seems to be dependent just on driving time. I would assume it has something to do with heat, but who knows.

That is not the same problem, this rattle is when the clutch is disengaged, as in I have my foot off the clutch

Got the same thing on my NA tranny. My car came like that and i've always thought it was the throw out bearing. Interesting to know you replaced it and it is still doing it. If its an NA, I would say just buy a good used tranny and put it in, it will be cheap enough ($200 at most if you know where to look), thats what I would do to mine at least since it has other problems/leaks. Not too worried about it though since it will be coming out soon.

i have the same noise with my car. only happens if i let off the gas or press in the cluth. as rpms go down it rattles, once it gets under around 3000 it stops. really wierd and annoying. loose seal maybe? idk. doubt it cuz i drive the car hard n the lil bit of power it has isnt affected. some1 told me bout the throw out but i can see thats not it if u changed yours. if i had time i would check my seals. but i dont so... thus my car became known as the "rattle snake" lol

goodluck. i would like to kno what resolves this issue for u

(slaps head) everyone keeps posting the exact opposite problem. This is when my foot is OFF the clutch. For example sitting at idle in neutral with my foot off the clutch, it rattles. You all probably do have bad throwouts.
