So my car is running very rich and bogs down like its getting too much fuel at once and i have been wondering about throttle body. the one that is on it atm is from jdm motor modified with secondary butterflies removed, I also have a complete stock UIM and TB that i am planning to switch over.

Would modded TB make this happen?
