Thread Request does anyone have an s4t2 emissions write up

my emissions were completely removed up until now and im looking to reinstall if someone has a write up on connecting everything it would rock because i have reason to believe i might be missing some stuff any help would be appreciated.

Your best bet is taking a look at the FSM. Also taking a look at some of the writeups for emissions removal should help you figure out what was removed.

look at the picks I posted. You want to reinstall the BAC valve which is on the side of the UIM. Feed it air through the big 5/8 hole on the bottom but don't run coolant to the two barbs. Buy an unmodded TB off the classifieds. Cap off the two nipples used for the double throttle system. Buy an OEM hose that connects the rear iron to the thermowax assembly on the back of the TB. Then run 3/8" heater hose from the top of the TB to the back of the waterpump.

Set the idle speed using the factory procedure.

the thing im most interested in is the egr vacuum solenoid. my rack only has 4 solenoids, and according to the pics in the fsm theres a 5th off to the side.... and im not sure if im just hallucinating it.

EGR hangs off a bkt on the top area of the oil filler tube if memory serves.

Your original car had the items shown in the jpg attached. That decal comes off a TurboII hood. 1987 vintage.

good luck on passing cali emissions sir. Better off trying to pay the ref then finding all the emissions pieces and putting all back together and hoping they work good enough to pass the sniffer.
