Thoughts on this set up

So currently I have a 87 turbo 2 with a s5 turbo and intake manifold, it has a wAlbro 255 pump, intake, 3" turbo back no cats and apex seals 2mm 7k ago. Also a blitz bov but I'm not sure it's working I'll have to find out I don hear it but that could be because it's stock boost. Last this is how I bought the car so I can't put the old parts back on I don have them.

I'm pretty sure the turbo seals are going bad and so I'll be getting a new turbo sooner than I thought I wanted to see what you think of this build.
I am looking for mid to high 12's while being reliable enough to be driven daily.

Turbo is Bnr stage 2 (650 dollars)
750 cc injectors primary and secondary (230 dollars)
Rtek 1.8 (150 I think)
Would I need a boost controller or does rtek/Bnr set your boost for you?

What else would I need? I picked these parts because they seem reliable and in my budget.

Sorry if anything is messed up in my post I'm at work on my iPod touch...

That should help you. Takes quite a bit to be in the 12's.
