Thoughts Of Porting.......
Well, my engine is apart, the rebuild is in the process, and I figure if its apart I might as well get it ported (Its apart at the shop, not at my house) The guy said he'd port it for me for $150, thats a pretty good price, he also said he'd do whatever port I wanted including a bridgport. My mechanic is a puertorican, he has been working on rotaries his whole life, I trust him.
My real question is, what are the real gains of streetporting/bridgeporting a turbo FC. My mods include turboback exhaust, Banzai TID, HKS FCON, Creeping Death FCD, HKS SSQV and Profec B Spec II Boost controller. I want to know the different types of gains from the different types of porting. Pros and Cons on a turbo, thanks, this is one area I never brushed up on.

if you're keeping stock turbo, don't go too big on the exhaust side. Also, unless you want to get a standalone, I wouldn't reccommend anything more than a streetport.
