Thinking of moving from NA to turbo

So my poor NA has come down with terminal canser. So this leaves me with the opion of geting a new 20 year old car. LOL. Anyways I saw this on autotrader.
http://www.trader.ca/Search/Details....ADS=6473593%7C and I realy would like a tubo. So is it to pricy. I have no poblem wating a few months for something cheeper but if this is a good deal I'd like to know. (I do think it's on the steep end.)

Km's are low, so id say the price is pretty solid. Seems to be clean, although stock. Maybe offer 5.5k. Test compression when you get there you wanna be above 90 for sure and preferably above 100 on both rotors. Good luck.
