Thermo-wax/emissions Clarification

All of this is in my rebuild thread (link in SIG), but no one has fully clarified what I
need to know on this.

I was unsure on where some of these nipples went, and my before pics are not
helping me to much.

In this one Im assuming 2 goes with 2, but a I'd like clarification. I kept the
thermowax in my emissions removal, so keep that in mind.

No clue on this one

Im thinking that 1 goes to either 4 or the far right nipple in the pic below. But then
there is still an unused nipple. Just cap it maybe. I put 3 to the firewall to the line
that goes to the brake booster. I followed the rotary resurection write up but it
didnt say really.

And this guy... The hose that is.

1) Coolant nipple - attach to other nipple on top of rear iron
2) goes to other 2
3) Goes to brake booster
4) Coolant nipple, this goes to the BAC valve.

Where does that hose come from in the last pic? is it attached to the master cylinder?

Thank you GreenBud. Exactly what I needed. Ive removed the BAC so 4 will stay capped, just need to run 1, and I guessed 3 right.

Still unsure on the hose in the last pic.

Well you need #4, the coolant flows from the nipple on the rear iron to #1 through the twax, it exits the twax at the top of the throttle body through that other yellow cap you can see in the second pic. From there it travels to the BAC and into the back of the water pump through #4.

If you don't have the BAC you'll need to plumb the coolant coming out of the twax to go into #4.

Thanks for the further clarification. Thats not a problem to finish up. I probably have a leftover hose that I could use too.

Between the two oil injectors on the intake manifold, is another nipple. You have a black cap on it. Just in case.....that goes to the top nipple on the rear. The nipple you have a white cover on. It's for the primary fuel injector bleed air.

For this, I did what rotary resurection did, which was run a line from the primary
fuel rail to one of those nipples you mentioned. I believe the one that is blocked
by the OMP lines in the pic. This doesnt sound exactly like what your talking
about?
