Question Is there any electrical components that will cause boost failure?

I am still searching for a fix to my boost issue, I need to take this one step at a time.

Can the pressure sensor, Twin scroll elecetronics, or any other electrical component cause a problem with boost operation? Or is it more or less purely mechanical?

If possible can anyone please explain the full process of boost operation on a 88 TII.

Check out the link to the manuals in my sig below.
The twinscroll is described starting a page 53 of the fuel & emissions section.

Ya, i have read teh whole manual a coupel of times over. It is very vauge about what place the electronics have ... My twin scroll system was removed with the turbo upgrade, but I am wondering if I need to short the green scroll switch or .. just leave it hooked up, disconect it or what. Also wondering what effect the pressure sensor has on the whole thing.
